- Satisfy your mortgage
- Refinance your mortgage
- Have your mortgage sold to another lender
- Sell your house (and tell the new owner to update records with their deed)
Tax payment options: Credit card or debit card accepted. Tax bills are mailed to the homeowner/bank.
VILLAGE TAXES ARE DUE BY JULY 1ST
